You can do many things to make your offer stand out when you’re buying a home.

But what’s my number one piece of advice?

Mix up your offer amount.

What do I mean by that?

Lots of buyers make offers with round numbers, typically something ending in the  ‘000’s.

Even more buyers make offers using multiples of $5000’s, $10,000’s or $100,000’s.

If you’re in competition for a property, you want your offer amount to stand out. And to put your nose ahead of the pack.

Mixing up your offer amount, for example offering $572,888 rather than $570,000, or $572,000, could make the difference between winning the property and not.

It’s simple, and it works.

Try it. And let me know how you go!
